Debbie Ivens Owner - Master Stylist
I have been in the hair industry since 1979, starting in my Aunts salon as a receptionist. I then studied Cosmetology in Fullerton, Ca. Once I got my license I worked in Yorba Linda for a few years then moved abroad to England and attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy. After working in a salon in England for three years I moved back to the states. I moved back to California, working there for a couple of years then decided to move to Arizona, I have built my clientele in Arizona for the past 25 years performing all aspects of hairdressing, priding myself in my ability to listen to my clients desires and needs. I enjoy making transformations on my clients and giving them the extra boost to their self. confidence. I have been an independent hairdresser since 1996, and previously owned Obsessions Hair Design for the past 4 years, and decided to expand to Posh Hair and Spa. Coming into Posh Hair and Spa will be a relaxing and very comfortable experience while getting the utmost professional care.
DeEtte DeSilva Manager - Master Stylist
She is a born and raised Phoenician. She studied at the Avalon School of Cosmetology and graduated in 2009. DeEtte is a licensed Cosmetology Instructor and loves to share her passion for hair with those around her. She has a zealousness for creating a personalized and unique look for each and every client. Her specialties include Extensions, Precision cuts and Specialty colors.
Codee Lee Stylist
She was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona. She is one of 5 children in a family of gymnasts. Her passion for hair began at an early age doing friends' and family’s hair for gymnastics competitions. She studied at Cutting Edge Academy and graduated in 2012. Her specialties include creative precision hair cutting, braiding, and updos. Codee loves to create personalized looks that not only suit each individual client’s lifestyle but also, a style that they can replicate at home.
